LEAD ADMINISTRATOR – NATIONAL ACCOUNTS

Location: London, Victoria, SW1
Salary: £32k - £35k Depending on experience

Charles Taylor Wines is a dynamic, expanding company representing France’s finest family owned estates. We focus on hand-made, artisan wines and help these independent, passionate producers plan their UK and global strategy, bringing their great wines to market whilst our team of in-house experts navigate through the required paperwork and other legislative challenges. With offices in both central London and Burgundy we manage distribution across all channels through the UK’s finest importers in addition to ex cellar customers in global markets including Europe, Middle East, Australia and South America.

The Lead Administrator will be responsible for the daily running of our National Accounts administration:

  • Supplier and team communication
  • Order processing
  • Overseeing sales and shipping paperwork
  • Product/Supplier set up
  • Tasting organisation/assistance, both in UK and abroad
  • Maintenance of National Accounts finance and administration system
  • General office assistance

Candidate requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • WSET qualifications are an advantage as is experience dealing with French suppliers
  • Proactive approach to daily tasks and problem solving
  • Ability to adapt to a busy & diverse environment
  • Good IT skills (Excel) and Bevica experience an advantage
  • Good spoken & written French and English
  • Driving licence desirable but not essential
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
